Retreats
These gatherings are intentionally small and thoughtfully designed to create space for reflection, movement, connection, and rest
A retreat with me may include:
- gentle yoga and breathwork
- guided reflection and journaling
- nature immersion
- meaningful conversations
- quiet time for personal integration
More than anything, retreats are an invitation to slow down long enough to hear yourself again.
Upcoming Retreats
I occasionally collaborate with retreat hosts and wellness centers around the world, offering yoga sessions, guided reflections, and workshops as part of their retreat experiences.
Upcoming retreats and collaborations will be shared here as they are confirmed.
Quiet Realizations Over Time
Over the years, through lived experience, personal challenges/loss, travel, and the quiet work of self-inquiry, I began noticing something that many of us carry but rarely speak about openly. Many people spend years caring for others, adapting to expectations, and trying to maintain harmony in their families, relationships, and communities.
In the process, we slowly learn how to disconnect from parts of ourselves — not intentionally, but gradually. We become skilled at being what others need us to be. At some point, many people arrive at a quiet realization: somewhere along the way, they lost touch with who they truly are.
An Invitation to Pause and Reconnect
The spaces I create — whether through retreats, conversations, yoga, or shared reflection — are simply an invitation to pause long enough to hear yourself again. There is no pressure to transform into someone new. Instead, these gatherings offer the opportunity to reconnect with what may have been buried beneath years of responsibility, conditioning, or self-doubt. Often this happens through simple things: slowing down, moving the body gently, spending time in nature, real conversations, and moments of quiet reflection.
Remembering Ourselves Again
When life becomes busy and demanding, these things are often the first to disappear. Yet they are often the very things that help us remember ourselves. My intention is to create environments where people feel safe enough to soften, reflect, and reconnect with their own inner clarity — not because something is broken, but because sometimes we simply need space to come home to ourselves again.
